Rajeswaren was raised in kampong and pursued Tamil as an interest. He has been teaching English and Tamil for the past 3 decades. He is often sought after to translate non-fiction works and pedagogical article of interest.


Crimson Earth is a publishing firm focusing on content creation in the literary sector of Singapore. With imprints including works of Cultural Medallion Recipients, SEA Write Award Recipients and Royal Commonwealth Society Essay Competition Winner, Crimson Earth’s works have been featured at international book fairs like Frankfurt Book Fair, the Asian Festival of Children's Content, London Book Fair, and the New Delhi World Book Fair.


K.T.M. IQBAL (1940) has authored seven collections poetry and written over two hundred children’s songs for Radio Singapore’s programmes in the seventies to eighties, “ பாடிப் பழகுவோம் ” [ Let us sing ]. He has contributed poems, essays,  and short stories to the region’s leading newspapers and magazines. His poem “ தண்ணீர் ” ( Water) was selected for display in MRT trains  [1995] and for exhibition at EXPO 2000 in Hanover, Germany. His awards include Montblanc-NUS Centre for the Arts Literary Award (1996) , and South East Asia Write Award (2001) .


I am a retired teacher who is interested in writing. At age of 60, I wrote my first book titled Jaden and the Rainbow, published by Partridge Publishing.

Prema oversees editorial, literary, creative and translation aspects of all Crimson Earth imprints. She has penned three books, translated eight, and edited over 30 titles. Prema was the recipient of the Creative Arts Grants in 2014.

The terminology of science, technology, medical, pharmaceutical, humanities normally available only in English had been conversant to me to express them in Tamil for the past 33 Years in my Tamil Nadu Government Service. This has prompted me to enter into the interested freelance translator / writer field.  I'm confident that I can render a perfect and simple translation from English to Tamil and vice versa.
